At Kick Game, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our authentication team inspects and approves the condition of your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
